We first met Doug at an open house in
the Fall of 1998. At that time, we were the owners of a single cape-cod
rental/getaway property approximately 5 blocks from the beach. We had worked
exclusively with another realtor for the past 14 years and had been thinking of selling
and moving closer to the beach.
We were very impressed with Doug's desire to help us and quite surprised to receive
information the following week. We decided Doug was the realtor for us. We
looked at several condos, but always felt our decision would be made once we saw our
